Scalloped Cabbage

  • 1 small head cabbage, chipped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • cracker crumbs

Directions

    Cover cabbage with water and add salt.

    Bring to boil only. Drain well.

    Put in casserole.

    Add 1 can cream of celery soup. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour until brown.
