- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 onion, chopped (small)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1 small head cabbage
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
Directions

1Melt butter; add flour and stir.

2Gradually add soup and milk. Add onion and Worcestershire sauce.

3Cook over low heat until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.

4Cook cabbage in small amount of water and salt.

5Boil 8 minutes.

6Drain and add sauce. Mix.

7Place in baking dish.

8Top with shredded cheese.

9Place in oven until cheese is melted.
