  • 1 head cabbage, sliced
  • salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 8 oz. of cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • Bread crumbs

Directions

    Cook cabbage in salted water. Mix next 5 ingredients for sauce. Cook until thick, on low heat stirring often. Pour over cabbage in casserole dish, top with bread crumbs and bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
