- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 4 hard-cooked eggs
- 8 slices bread
Directions

1Cook chicken in salted water until tender.

2Remove chicken from broth and let cool.

3Remove skin and bones and cut into bite size chunks.

4Set aside.

5Melt margarine in skillet; add chopped onion and celery.

6Cook over low heat until tender.

7Break bread into small pieces and add hot chicken broth until bread is soaked.

8Fold in chicken, onion, celery and diced eggs.

9Place in 8 x 8-inch dish, uncovered; sprinkle with pepper and salt.

10Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
