- 1/2 loaf bread, cubed
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, divided
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onions
- 3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Combine everything (except butter).

2Mix well.

3Reserve 1/2 of cracker crumbs.

4Spoon rest of mixture into well-greased baking dish.

5Melt butter.

6Pour over crackers.

7Brown and mix.

8Sprinkle over top of chicken mixture.

9Cook at 350° until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
