Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. chopped onion, sauteed
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, sauteed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. evaporated milk (Milnot)
  • 3 1/2 c. whole kernel corn or 3 ears fresh corn
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Use a flat 4-quart Pyrex baking dish.

    Butter bottom and sides of baking dish; sprinkle with sugar.

    Mix together and pour into prepared baking dish.

    Add the green pepper last of all.

    Bake for 1 hour in center of 350° oven.
