  • 1 can whole corn (1/4 can juice)
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 2 c. crushed crackers
  • 12 oz. diced Swiss cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and place in greased casserole dish.
