- 3 cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 2/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese, your choice
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 cup water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- salt, pepper, and other seasonings to taste
- 3/4 cup margarine
- additional shredded cheese
Directions

1In large casserole bowl, mix all ingredients except margarine. Place margarine in spoonfuls on top.

2Bake at 400° for about one hour, until thick and lightly brown.

3Sprinkle with additional cheese.

4Return to oven until cheese is completely melted.
