  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. uncooked or frozen corn, thawed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. American cheese, diced

Directions

    Melt butter; add flour and blend.

    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.

    Heat to boiling and cook 2 minutes.

    Add corn, salt, pepper, sugar and cheese.

    Fold beaten eggs into corn mixture.

    Pour into greased baking dish and bake 45 minutes at 350°.
