  • 2 cans whole kernel corn (do not drain)
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 2 (8 oz.) containers sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, corn bread mix and sour cream.

    Mix well and then add eggs, salt and pepper. Bake in a casserole dish at 350°.

    Check with toothpick to see if done.

    Bakes approximately in 25 to 30 minutes.
