Scalloped Corn

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 c. milk
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • crackers (saltine; as much as needed)
  • butter or margarine (several pats)

Directions

    Combine corn, egg, milk, salt and pepper.

    Break up some crackers and fold into corn mixture.

    Put into casserole dish. Crumble some crackers over the top and put a few pats of butter on the top.

    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
