  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. crushed saltines
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter, cut in pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste

    In bowl, beat eggs until frothy.

    Mix well and put in greased 1-quart round casserole dish.
