- 1 c. coarse fresh bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. (1 oz.) sharp American cheese, grated
Directions

1Beat egg in a butter casserole dish.

2Heat corn and milk, then gradually stir into beaten egg.

3Add salt, bread crumbs and cheese.

4Mix thoroughly.

5Place directly on the rack of a moderately low (325°) oven and bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until custard test done.
