  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. crushed cracker crumbs (Town House or Ritz, reserve a few crumbs to sprinkle on top)
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into a 1 3/4-quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam and buttered. Dot with butter and sprinkle on remaining cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
