- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
- salt and pepper (if desired)
Directions

1Combine in a 1 1/2-quart casserole the cans of corn, butter (cut into small slices), eggs (slightly beaten), sugar, milk, salt and pepper.

2Stir until blended, then crush fine the Ritz crackers and stir into the other ingredients.

3You may save 1/3 cup crumbs to sprinkle on top for a prettier look.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until the corn is fairly stiff in the dish and golden brown.
