  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn meal muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine (room temperature)
  • 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Mix all together, except cheese.

    Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° to 375° until firm in the middle.

    Sprinkle cheese and bake 5 to 10 minutes more.
