  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

    Mix all of the ingredients and bake for 25 minutes in a medium oven at 350°.

    Makes a small casserole, double or triple for a larger casserole.
