- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
Directions

1Combine corn and milk; heat.

2Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a 6 x 10-inch greased baking dish.

3If desired, top with buttered bread crumbs.

4Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.
