  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn (undrained)
  • 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn meal mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pt. (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Melt butter in saucepan and add onion. Beat eggs together.

    Add the corns and corn meal mix, then add the melted butter and onion.

    Pour into sprayed casserole pan.

    Mix sour cream and cheese; add on top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
