- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 (12 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (not flour)
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and pepper.

2Beat eggs; add milk and mix well.

3Stir in the dry ingredients, then the creamed corn. Stir in the melted butter.

4Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.

5Bake in a 325° oven until firm for 30 to 45 minutes.
