  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
  • paprika

    Drain corn; save liquid.

    Add milk to liquid to measure 1 cup. Melt butter.
