- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
- 4 well beaten eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Stir in flour and sugar until well blended. Gradually stir in milk and cook until just hot.

3Remove from heat. Beat in eggs and baking powder.

4Stir in both cans of corn.

5Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole and bake at 350° for about 1 hour, or until set in center.
