  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1 small can chili peppers, chopped
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • grated cheese

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Salt to taste.

    Mix it all together and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

    Bake at 450° for 30 minutes or at 375° for a longer time and sprinkle cheese on top after it is done.
