- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Heat corn and milk.

2Gradually stir in egg.

3Add 1 cup crumbs, onion, pepper, and seasonings.

4Mix well.

5Pour into greased 2 quart casserole.

6Melt margarine and mix in remaining 1/2 cup crumbs.

7Sprinkle over corn.

8Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
