- 2 Tbsp. cold butter or margarine, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 c. crushed saltines (about 12)
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper

1Beat the eggs until frothy.

2Stir in the remaining ingredients until well blended.

3Turn into greased 1-quart casserole.

4Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
