- 2 cans (16 oz.) cream-style corn
- 1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. light cream or evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix together corn, eggs, cream, salt and 1/2 the cracker crumbs.

2Pour into buttered baking dish.

3Sprinkle remaining crackers on top.

4Dot with butter.

5Bake at 350° for about 1 hour. Serves 18 to 20.
