  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cut into pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt to taste
  • fresh or ground black pepper to taste

Directions

    In a bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Pour into greased 1-quart casserole. Bake in preheated 350° oven 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
