- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cut into pieces
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt to taste
- fresh or ground black pepper to taste
Directions

1In a bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Stir in remaining ingredients.

3Pour into greased 1-quart casserole. Bake in preheated 350° oven 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
