  • 1 can (1-1/8 lb.) creamed corn
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup coarsely crumbled crackers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 jar pimientos
  • Butter

Directions

    In large bowl mix all ingredients.

    Pour into a greased dish (1 or 2 quart dish).

    Put a few small pieces of butter over the mixture.

    Bake uncovered at 350F for 20 minutes.
