- 1 c. whole corn
- 1 c. creamed corn
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- green pepper and onion (optional)
Directions

1In the pan that you are going to bake in, melt the margarine. Then pour it into a large bowl and add your corn, sour cream and eggs (and peppers and onions, if desired).

2Stir in cornbread mix and pour into your pan.

3Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
