Scalloped Corn

  • 1 c. whole corn
  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • green pepper and onion (optional)

Directions

    In the pan that you are going to bake in, melt the margarine. Then pour it into a large bowl and add your corn, sour cream and eggs (and peppers and onions, if desired).

    Stir in cornbread mix and pour into your pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
