  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion

Directions

    Drain can of whole kernel corn.

    Blend all ingredients and pour into buttered casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for about 1 hour. Test with knife in center for doneness.
