- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 8 saltine crackers
- 4 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Put corn in baking dish.

2Beat eggs and add sugar and milk. Pour over corn.

3Crumble crackers; melt butter and stir together. Sprinkle over top and cook at 325° for 45 minutes or until brown.
