- 1 (No. 2) can (about 16 oz.) whole kernel or cream-style corn
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. green pepper or pimiento, chopped (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Combine whole kernel corn and 3/4 cup milk or cream-style corn and 1/2 cup milk.

2Add bread or cracker crumbs, onion, green pepper and seasonings.

3Pour into buttered casserole.

4Dot with butter.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Serves 6.

7May be baked in the microwave or bake until done.
