  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine
  • 4 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
