- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. can cream-style corn (not drained)
- 8 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Directions

1Melt margarine; add to beaten eggs and remaining ingredients and mix well.

2Place in a greased pan (7 x 11-inch) and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.

3The casserole is ready to eat when brown on top and not soggy in the center.
