Scalloped Corn Casserole

  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. can cream-style corn (not drained)
  • 8 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix

Directions

    Melt margarine; add to beaten eggs and remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Place in a greased pan (7 x 11-inch) and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.

    The casserole is ready to eat when brown on top and not soggy in the center.
