- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet.

2Lightly brown rice and onion whites. Add chicken broth.

3Bring to a boil and cover.

4Let simmer on low for 25 to 30 minutes.

5Add mushrooms, onion greens, salt and pepper.

6Simmer 2 minutes.
