- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- paprika (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Place fish in an ungreased baking dish and dot with margarine.

3In a saucepan over medium heat, slowly stir flour into milk.

4Stir until thick and then cook 1 minute longer.

5Stir in remaining ingredients and pour sauce over fish. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.

6Bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes.
