- 1 c. toasted, crushed crackers
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 pt. cream (half and half)
- salt and pepper
- parsley
Directions

1Salt and pepper the oysters and place a layer in bottom of a buttered baking dish.

2Cover with a layer of cracker crumbs and dot with butter.

3Continue to layer until dish is full.

4Sprinkle with parsley flakes and pour the cream over.

5Bake 15 minutes at 400°.
