  • 1 pt. fresh or 2 cans oysters, drained
  • half and half (mixed with oyster liquid to make 3/4 to 1 c.)
  • 1 long stack crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Melt butter in a baking dish.

    Add oysters, crushed crackers, salt and pepper.

    Stir in half and half mixture.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake uncovered in 375° oven until hot, 30 to 40 minutes.
