- 1 pt. oysters
- 4 Tbsp. liquor (oyster)
- 4 Tbsp. milk or cream
- 1 c. breadcrumbs
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown margarine or butter lightly.

2Stir in bread and cracker crumbs.

3Put thin layer in the bottom of a shallow buttered dish. Cover with oysters and add salt and pepper.

4Then add half each of the liquor or cream.

5Repeat the oyster and crumb layers, but not more than 2 layers.

6Bake for 30 minutes in a 400° oven.
