- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk or cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Grease baking dish and cover bottom with bread crumbs.

2Lay oysters on crumbs.

3Season and cover with more crumbs.

4Pour milk and oyster liquid over top.

5Dot with butter.

6Bake in hot oven at 425° about 20 minutes.
