Scalloped Pineapple

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. bread crumbs (real fine)
  • 1/4 c. oleo, melted

Directions

    Cream eggs and sugar together, then add melted oleo and stir. Add 1/2 cup milk and pineapple and stir well.

    Last, add bread crumbs and mix thoroughly.

    Bake in regular size casserole at 350° for 40 to 60 minutes or until a knife blade comes out clean from center.

    Can be served hot or cold.
