  • 5 c. cubed bread (without ends)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Directions

    Cream sugar and oleo in bowl.

    Add eggs and milk; mix well before adding pineapple.

    Just before baking, pour mixture over bread cubes in a separate bowl; mix well.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes in a large greased casserole dish.
