  • 4 c. bread cubes (approximately 12 slices)
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Place bread cubes in a mixing bowl.

    Pour butter over the cubes; toss until coated.

    Add sugar, eggs, milk and pineapple. Mix thoroughly.

    Pour into well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 40 to 60 minutes, until firm and brown.
