- 4 c. bread cubes (approximately 12 slices)
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Place bread cubes in a mixing bowl.

2Pour butter over the cubes; toss until coated.

3Add sugar, eggs, milk and pineapple. Mix thoroughly.

4Pour into well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 40 to 60 minutes, until firm and brown.

5(Microwave directions; 15 to 20 minutes.)

6Serve warm or cold.
