- 8 slices white bread
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 20 oz. can unsweetened pineapple
Directions

1Cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes; set aside.

2In a bowl, mix together sugar, eggs, butter and milk.

3Add bread cubes.

4Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.

5Pour the can of pineapple on top. Spread around on top.

6Bake at 350° until center is firm and a knife inserted comes out clean, about 1 hour.
