Scalloped Pineapple

  • 4 c. cubed bread
  • 4 to 5 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix sugar and pineapple and let stand.

    Beat eggs and mix with milk.

    Combine the two mixtures.

    Line bottom of a greased pan with bread cubes.

    Pour mixture over cubes.

    Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until done (when knife inserted comes out clean).

    Do not cover.
