- 3 c. All-Bran cereal
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Place 1 cup cereal in a large bowl.

2Pour boiling water over bran.

3Stir in margarine and set aside.

4Combine remaining bran with sugar, eggs and buttermilk.

5Sift flour with soda, salt and cinnamon.

6Combine all ingredients, blending well.

7Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

8When ready to bake, grease muffin tins and fill 2/3 full with batter.

9Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400°.
