  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 qt. bread, cut in small cubes, crust trimmed and discarded

    Stir bread and pineapple into creamed mixture.

    Pour in a souffle dish.
