- 4 c. dry bread, torn in small pieces
- 1 (29 oz.) can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. reserved pineapple juice
Directions

1Moisten bread crumbs with pineapple juice.

2Mix butter, sugar and eggs.

3Combine with drained pineapple.

4Fold mixture into bread crumbs.

5Pour into 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 35 minutes to 1 hour or until golden.
