- 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. margarine or butter
Directions

1Beat eggs; add butter and then sugar.

2Place bread on bottom of casserole and add pineapple, along with the juice.

3Pour egg mixture over top.

4Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

5If too soupy, bake a little longer.
