Scalloped Pineapple

  • 2 cans chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour (plain)
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 35 Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions

    Combine enough pineapple juice with sugar and flour to make a paste.

    Add pineapple chunks.

    Put in buttered dish.

    Mix margarine and crackers together and put on top of pineapple mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown on top. Delicious!!!
